3. Shipping: We ship to the following locations: US and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and chosen shipping speed. We aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information.

4. Returns & Refunds: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service at shop@myonigiri.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide photos and your order number for proper return processing. We will evaluate refund or exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property: My Onigiri content (logos, images, recipes, etc.) is protected by copyright. Do not use it without our permission.

6. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permissible by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of our products or Website.
